In the small town of crescent moon valley
- several mysterious crimes happen that the police themselves are
unable to solve. But a ten-year-old boy named Charles who is a gifted
boy, and who hides his mental abilities decides to investigate these
crimes. Plus he is soon joined by his 8-year-old, overprotective sister
named Angelina who has intelligence above her brother but hates when he
puts himself in danger by developing fighting techniques to protect him.
They are also accompanied by their black cat called Midnight which has
tracking ability better than a dog.
